Moving to Utah in 2012, I found myself nestled among mountains and snow, far removed from the sun-kissed beaches and lush greenery of Jamaica. One thing became glaringly clear: the lack of authentic Caribbean spices in the Beehive State. The vibrant flavors I grew up with were nowhere to be found, and the culinary artist in me couldn't stand aside. Driven by nostalgia and my passion for cooking, I began blending my own spices, striving to recreate the tastes of home.

We source the finest ingredients, supporting local farmers where we can to contribute to the community and maintain sustainability. However, to ensure authenticity and the genuine taste that I grew up with, some of our key ingredients are imported directly from the Caribbean islands.
